Wanting to lead with more confidence, but aren’t sure what’s holding you back?
On this long weekend retreat, I’ll invite you to go deeper with self-reflection, relational leadership skills, transformative writing prompts and more. Candis Fox will bring their financial wellness magic to the group to begin healing any wounding around money (a stand-in for power, pleasure, giving, and receiving). We’ll conclude each program day with somatic breath work practices to release stored emotion.
Together, we’ll correlate how your survival strategies have kept you from playing bigger. You’ll reconnect to your innate wisdom and the healing power of community, and you’ll remember the gifts you are here to contribute.

Kelly Campbell (they/them)
Kelly is a former CEO turned certified Trauma-Informed Leadership Coach to emerging and established leaders who know they’re meant for more. They are the author of HEAL to LEAD: Revolutionizing Leadership through Trauma Healing (Wiley), an approachable facilitator, and a sacred healing practitioner.
Candis Fox (all pronouns)
Candis is a Financial Wellness & Integrity Coach, consultant, and speaker. They combine 10+ years in cognitive and behavioral science with a master’s in education to help clients transform their relationship to money, impacting systems and communities in the process.
Retreat Location
Nestled high in the Colorado Rockies, Drala Mountain Center is a 600-acre mountain valley retreat surrounded by native forests, gentle meadows and rocky peaks. Tamed by decades of use as a contemplative refuge, Drala provides a supportive container for exploring paths of deepened awareness, personal wellbeing and societal transformation.
Limited to 25 participants. Rates range from $680 to $1450 total for the long weekend (Thursday - Sunday)—depending on your tuition and accommodation choices—including all meals and programming. Financial assistance is available.
